1. Each committee is required to plan a calendar of ideas (see form) for
each half of the year (Oct-Jan) and then (Feb-June).
2. The first calendar meeting will be on '
3. At this
meeting you will present the event, the date, times, and locations; along with regularly scheduled meetings you are planning.
It must be very specific.
4. We will then create a SC calendar for the year, which will include all events checking
to see that we don't over lap events among the committees.
5. Put all dates after approval in your SC calendar. Relay
event information to other members on your committee.
6. Keep your advisor and your officer informed on these projects
and ask them for help when needed. Any NEW projects will need advisor approval before you can carry it out. Put basic ideas
down on paper before you approach us.
7. This preplanning will set you up for the year so you're not stuck spinning
your wheels every month about what you can do. Try new ideas! Read over old committee projects and project evaluations for
advise & suggestion from last year.
